Three rules per day
With lines
Writing lines inside every day cell, so handwriting stays level and three separate entries stay readable. The lines sit under the date and any holiday name.
Ruled side column
With notes
A ruled column beside the grid for the week's list. The grid narrows to make room, which is the trade you are making.

Large print
Day numbers well above the usual size with roomier cells, and holiday names still printed inside the day rather than shrinking to a dot.

A blank six row grid you write the dates into yourself, so one file works for any month of any year. Good for laminating and reusing.
How these are made
Built for a good print
Official holiday data
US dates come from the OPM federal schedule, UK dates from the gov.uk England and Wales list (substitute days included as published), and AU dates from the Fair Work national list. Nothing is typed in by hand from memory.
Print-ready files
Ready-made calendar PDFs use vector grids with embedded fonts, sized precisely for A4 (210 by 297 mm) or Letter (8.5 by 11 in), with roomy margins so nothing clips. Print at 100% and the grid lands exactly where the preview says.
No catch
No account, no email wall, no watermark across your January. The downloads are plain links to plain files. The site is run by one person who kept fixing holiday dates by hand and decided to automate it properly.

US marks federal holidays, UK marks England and Wales bank holidays, AU marks the national set, and Canada marks the federal statutory set. Blank marks nothing, for your own schedule.
Week start
Sunday or Monday
Sunday start reads the way most North American wall calendars do. Monday start matches ISO 8601 week numbering, the standard across Europe and Australia.
Paper
A4 or Letter
A4 outside North America, Letter in the US and Canada. Each page also comes in portrait and landscape, so the download row always has four buttons.
