How to make your calendar
- Choose a design. Start with a calendar template or a practical layout in Studio. Select your month, year and whether weeks start on Monday or Sunday.
- Personalize the page. Replace text, add a photo and your own events, change colors, then move or resize artwork and the calendar grid.
- Prepare it for paper. Choose a paper size and orientation. Use Print check to review objects near the page edges and small text.
- Download your PDF. Export the project or an individual page. Print one test sheet at actual size before printing the whole calendar.
What can I customize?
You can edit text, fonts, colors, calendar layout and decorative layers. Photos, shapes and text can be moved, resized and rotated. Use the asset library to combine pieces into a different composition; a template is a starting point rather than a fixed picture.
Can I add my own photos?
Yes. Add a photo from your device in Studio, then adjust its placement and effects. Calendar photos and project content stay in your browser; PDF generation also happens there. The public website uses analytics and advertising as described in the privacy policy.
Can I make one month or a whole year?
Yes. Keep a single monthly page, create 12 monthly pages, or start with a yearly overview template. Multi-page projects export together as one PDF; you can also download an individual page.
Which paper sizes can I use?
Studio includes A4, Letter, A3, A5 and square presets, plus custom page dimensions. Choose portrait or landscape as appropriate for your design. In your printer dialog, match the paper size to the PDF and select actual size if you want to preserve the document dimensions.
Most home printers leave an unprinted margin. Keep essential text and dates inside the printable area; an edge-to-edge design needs a printer that supports borderless printing.
Where is my project saved?
Studio saves projects in this browser on this device. They do not automatically sync between devices. In Projects, choose Export backup to keep a portable copy and Import backup to restore it later. Clearing browser data or using a private session can remove local work, so keep a backup of designs you want to retain.
Are holidays and personal events included?
You can choose a supported holiday set and add personal events such as birthdays. Public holiday coverage depends on the region: the UK set covers England and Wales, while state or provincial holidays may differ in Australia and Canada. See the source and scope on the corresponding printable calendar page.
Which design should I start with?
For a wall poster, explore street and graffiti designs. For a personal gift, compare seasonal motifs and humor templates. The collection guide compares all six styles.
Do I need to design anything to download a calendar?
No. Ready-made 2026 and 2027 calendars can be downloaded directly. Choose writing lines, a notes area, large print, two months per sheet or an undated calendar.
What happened to Customize?
Studio is now the Printemplates editor. Old Customize links open Studio. If this browser contains a saved classic calendar, Projects offers an editable copy, an original PDF export and a backup. The editable copy may have a different layout; the original PDF preserves the classic design.
