What you may do

Print as many copies as you like, for yourself, your family, your classroom, or your workplace. Give printed copies to other people. Pin them up, mark them up, stick them on the fridge. The calendars are free and they stay free.

What you may not do

Do not sell the files themselves, or sell access to them, or present them as your own product. Do not strip the site name from a file and redistribute it as a template pack. Linking to the pages is always fine and appreciated.

Holiday accuracy

Holiday dates are transcribed from official sources (OPM for US federal holidays, gov.uk for England and Wales bank holidays, Fair Work for Australian national holidays, and canada.ca for Canadian federal statutory holidays) and checked automatically. Still, treat them as a convenience. If a date matters for payroll, contracts, exams, or anything with consequences, verify it with the issuing authority before you rely on it.

No warranty

The site and the files are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Things like regional or state-level holidays (for example, US state holidays or Australian state show days) are intentionally out of scope for the national sets.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the calendars or the information on them.
