How the product handles data

Printemplates has no account system. The editor can save projects, settings, and photos in storage managed by your browser on your device so you can continue working in that browser. The editor generates PDF files in your browser. You control this browser storage and can remove it through your browser settings.

Optional analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics” in the privacy prompt, Printemplates uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-1XRMGL972N) to understand visits and improve the site. Google receives a limited page-view payload: page origin and pathname, a generic title, and a referrer without query strings or fragments. Ordinary network requests also expose connection information to Google. Printemplates does not send calendar content, photos, events, custom notes, query strings, or URL fragments to Google Analytics. If you decline, Google receives only limited cookieless measurement signals under Google's consent mode; analytics storage remains denied. You can reopen Privacy settings at any time to change your choice.

With analytics allowed, we also count Studio visits, successful PDF exports and clicks on ready-made PDF links. These measurements contain no filenames or project details. Recognized AI referral sources are grouped by service name. For recognized AI links, only an allowlisted campaign source is retained; other query values are discarded.

Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy. The site disables automatic page views and sends one deliberately limited page view per page load. Google Analytics Enhanced Measurement is a property setting that must remain disabled in the Google Analytics data stream; that setting is maintained in the Google Analytics account rather than in this site.

Cookies

Printemplates does not set account cookies. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies according to your choice and Google's systems. Your browser may also keep ordinary cached pages and PDFs on your device.

Advertising

Printemplates uses Google AdSense on public calendar pages. Google may process information about your device and visits to deliver, measure, and personalize ads according to your applicable consent choices. The analytics preference above does not grant advertising consent. Google’s separate advertising consent message manages applicable advertising choices when configured for your region. Calendar downloads do not require clicking an advertisement, and the Studio canvas is kept free of ads.

Website requests

Requests to the infrastructure that delivers the site and its files may include ordinary request data such as an IP address, requested URL, and timestamp. Infrastructure providers may process this data to deliver the site and help protect and troubleshoot the service.

PDF downloads

Calendar PDFs generated by the editor are created in your browser. Downloading a file may involve the ordinary request data described above when you use a hosted PDF link.
